Free Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 5β7 days after shipment. Depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control, delivery may take up to 11 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information by email. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to make a correction, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 11 days after shipment, please check your tracking information first. If there are no updates or you need assistance, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive at different times.
